We agree to provide you with the Fitva Service. The Service includes all of the Fitva products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide through Fit Tok Corp to advance Fitva's mission: To help people start and stick to a fitness journey through social challenges and communities. The Service is made up of the following aspects:
Offering personalized opportunities to create, connect, discover and share fitness challenges and journeys. People have different fitness goals, so we offer you ways to create and participate in fitness challenges, join communities around shared interests, and share your progress. We build systems to understand your interests so we can recommend relevant challenges, content and communities to help you achieve your wellness goals.
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe fitness community. We develop tools and resources to help make the Fitva community a positive environment for all members. We combat abuse, harmful behavior and policy violations to keep the platform secure.
Developing technologies to consistently serve our growing community. We use technologies like machine learning to personalize, protect and improve our Service at a large scale for a broad community. Automated systems also ensure functionality across Fitva.
Providing consistent experiences across the Fitva platform. Fitva may integrate or share technology and information with any other products or services offered by Fit Tok Corp in the future to provide interoperable experiences.
Ensuring global access to our Service
To operate globally, we store and transfer data across our systems around the world, which may be owned or operated by Fit Tok Corp or its affiliates.
Connecting you with relevant brands, products and services: We may show you sponsored content and offers that align with your interests based on your Fitva activity and interactions with brands on our platform.
Research and innovation: We analyze information to study our Service and collaborate on research to improve Fitva and benefit our community.
You may see sponsored content from account holders who have commercial relationships with certain brands/businesses.
The Privacy Policy
Providing our Service requires collecting and using your information. The Fitva Privacy Policy, which you must agree to, explains how we collect, use, and share information, and the ways you can control your data through account settings.
Your Commitments To use Fitva, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country
- Not be prohibited from receiving our services by applicable laws
- Not have previously had a Fitva account terminated for violations
- Not be a convicted sex offender
You cannot:
- Impersonate others or provide inaccurate information
- Do anything illegal, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorized
- Violate our Terms, Community Guidelines, or other policies
- Misuse reporting or appeals channels
- Access Fitva through unauthorized means
- Sell, transfer or misappropriate any part of your account
- Post others' private info or violate their rights
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer or create derivatives of our products
Permissions You Grant Us:
- A license to use content you create/share, which ends if you delete it
- Permission to display your username, profile pic, relationships and actions alongside sponsored content, without compensation
- Permission to download and install updates to the Fitva app/service
We may change your username if needed. You can only use our intellectual property per approved Brand Guidelines. Modifying or extracting our source code requires permission.
Content Removal and Account Termination We can remove any content that violates our Terms, Policies or the law. We can restrict service or terminate your account to protect our community, services, and legal interests - if you violate our rules, infringe others' rights, or as legally required.
We may make other service changes necessary to mitigate legal/regulatory impacts.
If your account is terminated, your content will eventually be removed after up to 90 days, unless:

Who Has Rights
This agreement doesn't give rights to third parties. You cannot transfer your rights or duties to others. Fit Tok Corp's rights and obligations may transfer in event of ownership changes or legal requirements.
No Warranties; Liability Limits
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for errors, personal injury, data loss, or any lost profits or other damages from Service issues - our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We don't control all information or content on the Service from other users or third parties. We're not liable for their actions, behavior or content accessed through our Service.
Dispute Resolution
For consumers, claims are governed by the laws and courts of the country you reside in. For others, claims must be resolved in US District Court for Delaware state courts, governed by Delaware law.
Fit Tok Corp may also pursue claims related to unauthorized product access in your local jurisdiction.
We appreciate feedback but are not obligated to treat suggestions as confidential or compensate for them.
Updates
We may update these Terms to accurately reflect changes to our Service and Policies. Unless legally required, we'll notify you before material updates so you can review them before they are effective. Continued use of Fitva after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
